The order will NOT be eligible for a FULL REFUND if you ordered a specific size and then it doesn't fits you, as it is not the fault on our side. Please refer the size guide and verify your size before placing your order. 
Damages and issues
Refund will be issued on damaged/wrong products.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

or email us at with a few pictures or a video showing the exact defect with the product and we will have your replacement product shipped out within 48 hours of it being authorized. 
We do not ask for the defected product to be returned back to us and hence no reverse pick-ups need to be scheduled. 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 7 days have gone by since the product is delivered, the return/refund will not be applicable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
